Glass Half Full?

I look at a weather site, Wunderground, where they post pretty accurate information, even for Provincetown. 75 miles out into the Atlantic, our weather is anything but predictable. Anyway, one of the more recent little charts they've been showing is of coronavirus cases and deaths in Barnstable County. That's Cape Cod. So far there have been 1579 confirmed cases, and 158 fatalities. That's one for every ten. And yet, I've been looking at those numbers, and for a few days now, the deaths have stayed the same. I can't believe I felt satisfied or pleased that there were only 158 people dead since March. I am appalled.
